Birth certs are a rarity in AFG. They used to use the “tascara” system. Everyone lies about their age. Families don’t even know their family members true age/birthdate, sometimes. Also, they’re on a different calendar. It’s like year 1400 over there. I know. I was the first one of my family born in the US. Most of my family don’t know their exact dates. Some made up their birth cert for benefits in 80’s 90’s in USA when they got here lol. This guy is truly late 20’s. But great story nonetheless!

So many haters in here that don’t get it. This is what every wealthy person says and this works inside or outside the military. Educate yourself and get around the right people. Find a skill and invest in yourself. Take action and trust in the process with a solid plan. Make money. The military is just a source of income to get this process started and a way to network.

Weather it was dodgy coworkers who always chewed on each other or management that gave no fucks for their employees I couldn't rest or be at peace with the situations and I was going crazy trying to change the places I was at. Get an extensive eye exam. I was pursuing WOFT in the army, basically a helicopter pilot program, but I got disqualified because of my eyes. If you’re interested in joining the military in general I would highly suggest getting your eyes checked for Keratoconus because that’s an automatic disqualifier for the military as a whole, but if your recruiter knows how to finesse you could still secure a job in the military that doesn’t require constant eye exams. Hope you find that useful and good luck out there!

Some advice from a 27 year old. Get life experiences like getting cheated on, living on your own, struggle financially, learn to fight, jump out of a plane, f*** the police, etc. And get over all that before joining the military so you can have some backbone and no regrets and know your goals even after you get out. Long term goals are important, but without short term goals (within weeks or months of each other), you can't seem to reach your long term goals if you're not motivated enough by achieving the short term goals. Whatever you want to do is up to you or who you want to marry and such, just make sure you write most of your story first before trying to settle down. But as a man, you never settle down. You should always keep your ambition and drive. How do you want your children to see you. Think about that one.

Get your mental and physical attributes toughened up, minimize your belongings and get ready to take on a new adventure away from the western bullshit that they got you used to.
