I love this episode of NLN. I especially like the idea that even with a team , there’s a push nd pull.

Make no mistake Blvk Svm was very, very, very lucky the algorithm found him first song out the box. The algorithm makes or breaks artistes. Whether it's KZbin or Spotify. Kingmakers like Spotify & KZbin can make any average to half competent artist/creator rich. Streaming sites are all so random, mixed in with "payola" (In the from of unlimited access to major label back catalogues) in exchange for streams for new artists on those major labels. Respect to Blvk Svm though. Humble dude & a lot of good advice in this video

Super informative episode, I did a song a week for a year which equaled 53 weeks, didn't have knowledge on how to market or promote it. Now I have a clear picture on how to go about it next go round..

Ty Ty, my first song blew up too. It was 2023 start of the year. No promo, just discover weekly. Doing a song a week atm. Mental strength left the chat.

instagram now charges and apple service fee if you want to run ads it adds on about 42% so if you want to use 100$ for ads after the fee itll be around 142$ makes it feel like its not worth it cuz the changes of views-$ ratio if it was 10% wouldnt be that bad but 40+ is outrageous

Are you able to use a computer to run your ads instead? I have been running my campaigns using my Meta Business Suite on my desktop instead

Speaker Is Correct With Most things you can do without a label. There is a Learning Curve And Time Investment And P A T I E N C E Required When Doing This On Your Own. If Working. On A $1 Budget , One. Must. Find. CREATIVE. MARKETING. Workable. Options ! ❗😃. One B I G. Advantage To Working With A Label. Is. DISTRIBUTION ! ‼️ 🤔. No One. Can Predict Social Media Results ! ‼️

No offense I stopped watching when this dude comes out and says at the beginning “yeah it just blew up for me”. Like how is this really that helpful? I’m not gonna consume media to run your numbers up, guys, please add actual value here. Thanks.
