The only truth this guy said was to save water. This is not just salt. The uae is flying propeller planes. One a day. Texas is using 13 countries with jetliners. 24/7 look up. 80 percent spray. When they spray the other planes fly Uber low. You can watch some spray and flow a pattern while others don't a fly low, obviously passenger planes. Australia and New Zealand signed on I'm pretty sure. Most developed countries did.

They found 1-3 days after the spray, 64,000 particles per million of aluminium, barium and other materials. Something like 50x the legal limit.

Regarding your video. Here in Portugal they use airplanes to dissipate rain every time its forecast, because of this spraying whatever it is we've had a drought since around 2014. During the first lockdown when no flights were allowed we had our first wet spring in years.
