I wish I wasn't blind to what type of market there is in my area or even within say 100 miles of my area.. im not remote but there's just no real traffic for quick short rentals it's all long term even if you check airBnB for my area there's two places and one is just a little bedroom deal for $48 and the other one is a small camp not a cabin but just a camp for $100.. so its hard for myself and my wife to figure where the market could be for real-estate besides house sales and I worked hard since 17 to make sure we don't have any debt like our cars are paid off and we own our house and no credit cards or anything but when the current administration took office and stopped oil and gas work myself and thousand of other people got laid off and luckily we have stuff paid for but that has depleted our nest egg quickly and we don't want to go back to depending on someone else's business to keep our jobs we are going to work for ourselves it's just a matter of finding the right revenues but so far we have soaked in a ton of educational information from your content ❤️ God bless you and your team 😀

Yes. It is a building block process.
