Congrats! Amazing deal! You'd asked for some ideas. Here's mine. Add pay to play video games. Add food/ drink vending machines if they're not already there. Add a small Cafe/counter with a locally sourced but limited menu. Create a small inviting seating area. Offer reading materials and also coloring books and crayons for littles. Wall it off for book clubs and other community activities. Invite food trucks regularly even if they park in a back lot or alley. Announce the food truck schedule to neighboring businesses and the local residential community. Offer weekly and monthly subscriptions on pickup and delivery of dry cleaning as well as regular laundry and fold services. Offer referral rewards. Offer free water bowls and treats for pets as people walk by with their dogs. Offer wall space to area artists to display and sell their wares. Have a meet the artist event. Make the space attractive and appealing to women to hang out in.

Congratulations, great start! I would incorporate a folding jig on the table for the employee to increase efficiency. I would have screens in the laundry mat with menus/advertising of local restaurants and businesses

That was a beast idea Pace. He can do a subscription model for dry cleaning and clothes washing bundle monthly. He can break them down into tiers. Like bi weekly dry cleaning and bi weekly they can get their clothes washed and folded for $97/monthly. You can charge more for pick up and delivery. Like $20 extra monthly. To get more leads he can do lead generation in a 2 mile radius in his area. He can offer free pickup and delivery plus get $10 OFF their dry cleaning subscription.

There are several great ideas. Here's what I think would be the best one. Create a subscription based service that picks up and drops of dry cleaning. Consistent reliable income increases the resale value of the business more than any other type of revenue and draws a higher multiple.

So Pace Morby Yes Troy need the money and no I'm not religious but I'm still stupid about deals? When Troy was doing "Realestate ideas " we Work on building and homes for sale or rent for 100,000 to 1,000,000 but now Troy knows about Home Work buying homes all night for Free but the paper work that puts the deal in Troy hands is in house at PACE Morby LLC Bank, Title company and Subto Gator Methods Creative Finance these three are the check cashing point!!!
