I did similar work in my rehab program this week. It was labeled as narrative therapy. I didn't buy into it until I found myself on page 2 of my letter to my shadow. I shared it with my rehab group, cried, then was surprised to find everybody being supportive. I later shared it with my friends with similar issues and with my mom. If I can recommend an addition to your suggestion, it would be to share it with people (that you know or don't know) in a men's group or something similar. Other people will benefit from demonstrating your work and you will get the satisfaction that you're committing yourself to recovery. Thanks for the great videos, keep it up

This will sound weird (as most of these things do lol) But, I sent a message of grace & acceptance to my shadow while doing meditation. What I got back were painful memories & feelings of incapability despite reality showed different. I let the shadow speak whenever it needs and connect to my true self. I dont force anything in my life now and things are getting more clear. The struggle is real because the shadow has grown with bad beliefs that we are working on now. Just sharing my experience, meditation is a real deal for me.

I appreciate you sharing this with people who are unaware of The Shadow. At the same time, its not your own original idea. You aren't, in your own words, "pioneering" the shadow journal. Give credit where credit is do. For those who don't know, it comes from the brilliant mind Carl Jung.. not to say that you're not brilliant, I'm sure you are. Once again, thanks for sharing and for trying to help others, but cut the BS and just be honest.🤘
