Double storey houses that are eco friendly in the village is actually what I want..With wi-fi,air-con swimming pool..Owning cows for meat n milk, n sheep n goats, n layers n ducks, and farming avocados,macadamias,blueberries,strawberries.. I don't want this rural of just "going back to how our ancestors used to live.." Carl n his wife are on the right path tho.

I just feel building a home and doing a business venture in a place with no title deed is different. Home is a safe haven. More like a pension plan. Nothing as painful as being told to move out of a home at a later stage when you have no source of income. We need some legal advice on this subject before we jump on the wagon
