This happened to me, fucking employee asked for my entire card information. Like tf isnt a recipt, email, 2fa enough for you? So I js gave up and made a new account, little did I know the hacker was rage hacking on my old acc. My new acc was named really similar "exavier3683" and "exavier3683alt" or smthing, both got perm banned, hardware banned, and my 1st acc got wiped. Thankfully they did lift the hardware ban, but I couldnt care less anymore.
