How To 180 Nose Roll On A Snowboard

Nose Rolls are another buttering trick where you don't actually balance in a pressed position. While they may look difficult, they are a surprisingly easy progression from Frontside and Backside 180s which is why, they should be next up on your trick list.
This tutorial will teach you how to 180 Nose Roll so you can add them to your bag of buttery tricks.

Sorry, should back foot jump for lifting and shifting weight to front ? or just shimmy(slide) the weight to front foot ? or first weight on back then change to front ? I found it's hard to press in front foot and lift back foot.

They are so much easier if you de-tune your contact points as well as the nose and tail.

In this video you mention techniques like "high pressed position" and "blind landing technique" I have no idea what this is, do you have videos on this?

"High pressed position" is just a big press. In this case the tail of the board is high off the ground. Contrary to a low press where the tail is just slightly off the ground. "Blind landing technique" is landing blind, and then bringing your head around after the fact. If you try to look forward as you land this backside it's easy to over rotate.

A little bit late but stop rotating your shoulders when you're done with the nose roll

Stay on the same edge for the whole nose roll. Heel to heel on frontside and toe to toe for backside. This stops the rotation when you land and is safer at high speeds to avoid catching edges. It doesn't take much to bring these around, so not throwing these too hard and staying on the same edge will stop you from over rotating. Ryan Knapton has a great tutorial that covers these points.

to carve in and out its not actually a 180, it should be more like a 135
