Yes, if you buy vegas you keep it for life but will need to pay extra to upgrade to new versions. For Adobe it's rental only so you'd be paying monthly or yearly for unlimited time but free updates. So for long term I'd say vegas but for short I'd say Adobe since you also get Mocha for free in After Effects

Thanks for assuming we own a $20/mo plugin as a part of a $100/mo suite, wasted my time looking just to realize it’s a third party plugin

It comes with vegas pro suite but sadly if you only have like vegas edit or the standard version then yeh it's extra but I've recently found out that it also comes for free with After Effects, they have it as a default plugin effect

​@@VerticDesigns ils abusent à pas l'intégrer à la version de départ, après ils s'étonnent que les gens migrent vers Adobe Premiere / After ou Davinci Resolve.. c'est normal ! Personne ne va payer le triple du prix pour un logiciel moins performant... dommage car Vegas a un potentiel d'interface vraiment singulier, mais ils gâchent tout !

I have Vegas pro, but I guess I don’t have the Vegas pro suite, I assumed it was the same thing

@@JoyStacks. it's all good I completely understand and yeh it sucks that it doesn't come included with the base program. I've recently found out that you get it for free with After Effects. Also i think you might be able to get like a trial directly from Mocha or Boris FX for it. But yeh it's all good
