This only works for blondes because most blondes are light weight. My hair is thick and heavy. Each strand of my hair is the thickness of four strands of hers, so That AIN'T gonna work. Double the rubber bands and the bun will slide to fall within minutes. If you have Thicke heavy hair.. this is not gonna work

Thanks. I have thick, looong hair & the vids I've seen where you twist the hair around like a honey bun & elastic just doesn't work. I've been doing a balloon knot and then twisted tail up and through the knot. I'll try this one.

this is the only tutorial that's worked for me! yayy! i just had to make a tiny adjustment; instead of tieying from the base, i tied it a little more up, about an inch/ inch and half higher, then i did the rest as normal. thanks!
