So true about the nutrition part. I used to do these every day , for 5 sets thinking this was going to give me abs. I know so many people that do the same thing too 😌

How deep should you go on the abb crunch? I crunch down as low as possible with each rep and go all the way back up, thinking range of motion is the best. Is only going halfway down better?

Getting abs is like any other muscle. You can still see your biceps if you arent shredded, same with abs

To a degree but if you have enough abdominal fat it doesn't matter how much you build your abs you won't see them through a gut

@@ColossusFitnessi agree but the way diet has been emphasised on youtube is exaggerated. Otherwise strongmen wouldnt have abs

@@user-we1sv5ud3hI see what you mean. Usually strongmen have that line thru their abs and you can the shape from training but just not shredded as someone with low body fat
