It's nice that he's so ripped because then you can see which muscles he's actually working. A lot easier to understand then just hearing him talk about it.

I'm really impressed with this guy. I enjoy the way he takes his time explaining each exercise what makes it work for the body. That's the mark of a great teacher and he's also not condescending to the viewer, but very encouraging and he obvioiusly knows his stuff. Keep those videos coming Rob. Thanks. :)

@333arisokapoios12 жыл бұрын
its isnt only trainning you have to do a proper diet and you will surely need at least 2-3 years of hard trainning (weightlifting,cardio etc) mainly you have to focus to your diet the most important thing to get this body ,sleep well, expect lots of cardio and many exercises for the abdominals muscles.

Rob has a truly beautiful physique. His physique is not too "freaky" looking. He has more of a "natural" muscular look. This is the kind of look that people find sexy and not freaky or overdeveloped like you see with pro bodybuilders who use steroids. Good for you Rob. You are the man.

I only do a couple sets of crunches per week and i have ripped abs. It's all about heavy compound lifts and squats and diet people. Heavy compound lifts burn the most calories and squats work almost the entire body including your core to stabilize the weight. Forget crunches (they burn almost no calories) and work out your entire body and stop eating mcdonalds ppl! It's very simple.
