Graig, I love your talks and its so refressing when you actualy mention that you have the same issues, problems as we all do(lots of the teachers dont do that) and we know we all do lol Yes ofthen its hard to deal with negative emotions from our past, what I found out lately is the Emotion code or the Body code(Bradley Nelson) aswell, but when I now experiance a "trapped"emotion from the past I feel it, like you mention and do the 3 swipes over the head, its part of the governing meridian, that way the emotion (should if its the main emotion) leave the body and mind forever. The E code and B code is about releasing the trapped emotions out of the body and mind, that way we can heal rather fast in many cases, its trough muschletesting( can be done in several ways, but it is use to get to the answers about what is blocking us. Could you perhaps look at it and see if it works for you also, would love to hear if you have any results with it, cos I know you are gonna be honest about it. I have done some work on myself, most of the time only to ask my body or subconsious what is underneath this or that feeling, or pain in the body and must say, often I get answers(find it hard to do the muscle testing on myself to get clear answers, my mind is in the way way to much) but by just asking for now it is working. One thing to add, I do notice that sometime I get an aftermath emotion, sometimes its crying and have no idea why but its like the body gives it loose and it can get out for good. I do experiance a different way of looking at things, even without me trying to, in the past I had to work hard for it but now its like natural respons. Fascinating, have to wait and see how far this can go, I am determent to get all the trapped stuff out:))) Would love to hear what your experiance would be with you doing it. Thanks dear, keep the vids coming:)

Craig's videos are always great. Thanks for the great work Craig. When Craig said that compliments could lead to death, robbery, or death it made me think of my childhood in New Jersey. I think Craig has a Philly accent. But it is all the same; the East Coast.
