Please, fix DS Video connection. We just can play DS Video on Apple devices, if you try to play with other like Fire TV it will fail

Ich wüsste auch gerne wie SMB übers Internet funktioniert, damit ich von unterwegs darauf zugreifen kann. Die Ports habe ich freigeschaltet über den Router und auch eine IPv4 und IPv6 vom Anbieter geben lassen, damit man von außen auch zugreifen kann.

I am not able to connect via my Macbook Pro. I have 2 accounts and it acts as if the passwords on both accounts are incorrect. I even reset the password on one account and tried again with the same results. I have to say trying to set up Synology has been a very frustrating experience!!

Does anyone know what software to use to backup pics and videos from my Android device to the NAS? Ive been using the Photos app which works well but only for pictures not for videos which is ridiculous.
