My radio screen went black, a new radio installed, now wifi and wifi hotspot are grayed out and cannot be accessed. Called Onstar and they see everything on my radio EXCEPT wifi and wifi hotspot. I think it's a programming issue, what are your thoughts?

Y’all need to go through the onstar app on the screen then select WiFi and it will tell y’all the password.
