Thank you so much Aditya, this video was so very useful video. I learned a lot. As a videographer I have a suggestion: you should chose manual focus in your camera, since you guys are not moving closer or away from the camera too much. Autofocus kept making u guy blur. Windsor market has always attracted me and I really want to start investing in student rental property. I have couple of questions: is it do able if you are living about 3 hours away? And how is the market of student rental during Covid ? Thank you

Do you cold call and door knock? If so can you make a video on how many calls, turn to contacts, how many contacts to leads and how many leads to listings? (Your formula) also where you get your number lists from? And as for door knocking do you farm with a strategy?

Hi Aditiya, This comment is about your other Vlog about the Windsor tour and the prices of houses around the city. You mentioned in your vlog that most of the houses in windsor are in the range of 150k to 400k. There was only one area which you showed which was million and above. While going through the listings on your website most of the houses are between 500k to 700k. This doesn’t make any sense to me. Can you explain please??

I made that video all most a year ago - prices have gone up quite a bit in last 1 year. Also, I mentioned there are some pockets that are premium one (some in South Windsor, laselle, East Windsor, Tecumseh and river side... Especially new built)

If there is 3 bedrooms, rent is 500/month per bedroom which earning u $1500/m. Dont pay the house more than $150k using 1% rule. If you do, congratulations u r easy prey for the fluffer.
