I agree I am still young but made great results working different labor jobs lumber mill & stocking at a warehouse by hand not forklift. The only thing limiting is the 250 dollar blood test 😂 just start eating right and lift, then if you don’t get results get a blood test. Just my opinion.

What an excuse, i work standards 40hour weeks, before work im at the gym for fasted cardio 30 mins everyday, then work 9-6 and im at the gym for 6.30-7pm 5/6 days a week

Not sure if it is Roids or TRT, but honestly, Kyle is on some sort of gear. He did put in a lot of work to stay consistent with his dieting, his workouts, scheduling, but he is on gear. That is what 99% of people will need to get similar results.

@@Jonosk8severything Actually had to change plans a bit. Right after making that post, I lost my job. I had already paid for that initial call if I'm not mistaken, so I DID start the process with them. They're great!! Overall, highly recommended. But I couldn't continue with them due to funding issues. It's like, every time I reached out to get the ball rolling with them again, I'd lose my job again. It was a rough couple years. Despite all that, I've been going to the gym pretty consistently throughout all this time as gym memberships aren't THAT expensive, and rippage is inbound! Hahaha I've managed to lose a fair bit of weight on my own and added some muscle, too. Things are about to get turbo charged, though...my GLP-1 agonist is in the mail. 😁

I definitely feel the bad chest genetics. I'm only 145 pounds but my arms and back look good. Especially my back, its thick as fuck and I barely do pull days, meanwhile ill hit chest 2-3 times a week and nothing happens. I'm literally flat chested like a 12 year old boy. My back muscles grow just from looking at them but my chest simply won't fill in.

I had same problem then I started doing bench dumbell flies. Keep arms straight dont bend elbows and just do very slow movements pause at the full extension and bring the dumbells back to touch. 3 sets of 8-10. This along with incline BB bench (I dont do flat bench), you will see results. Eat good and rest is also key.
