Just noticed that when snufkin thought moomintroll how to skate he immediately got it. Snufkin knows how to approach moomintroll and he listens when snufkin speaks. But when moominpappa tried to teach him to ski it was a huge disaster, moominpappa doesn't fully get his son like his crush-i mean good pal does and on the other way moomintroll doesn't naturally pour all that interest into things. Moominvalley isn't actually even british to begin with, it's origins were created by a Finnish author called Tove Jansson, whose stories about them are still known by the public :3 Moomins started out as comics made by Tove, then it exoanded into various TV-shows, and the one here, Moominvalley, is the most recent one, so as far as i know, there isn't anything british related to Moomins

But yeah now that I have seen the episode, there are many things which made me question whether the writers of this version know their ages, because there is indeed a lot in the episode that would suggest this not being a so friendly relationship.
