Old video I know but... I would have been one angry pilot if I did not opt for the REFRESH from DJI. I have used it thrice. Full Disclosure: I am in no way compensated for saying that. They have been easy to deal with and I would consider opting for it if you're a new pilot especially. I crashed mine during its maiden voyage. (Pesky tree branches) YMMV Best of luck. Use Andriod - no problems.

Many people do and have no issues but I find IOS that bit more stable.

Do you know why you always find the lightning cable installed by default on the RC when you buy a dji drone? It's because apple customers are the most idiot, so they make them find the right cable already installed so they don't have to read through the manual and/or open a ticket to swap cables. (true story)
