Great video. I get that people are coming here for self-help which often means "how do I look better in other people's eyes". I like how Musashi detached from all of that, and your content largely does the same.

Last is keeping frame Basically, it comes down to meditation and makes sure you keep your mind in goals. Can't worry about others' thoughts if you're worried only about making your wants happen.

None of this shit is true, the true story of Musashi is a whole funny ass story. Bro wasnt some godly dude with aura. Its just back then people always used the same methods never coming up with a new strategy. But bro was creative its why he won so much duels. He fought 1 samurai who had a sword a little longer than his guess how he won? He used a canoe paddle which was longer and bashed him in the head. Another duel because he was always late too his duels his opponent didnt expect him to be there so he stabbed him from behind. he legit just assassinated dude none of his actual duels were legitimate people should actually search dude up 💀 he cheated hella in duels which is why its funny because people glorify him as an honorable and noble samurai when he really wasn't
