That shift in mindset is actually a gamechanger. A reminder that i needed. I remember a few weeks ago I caught myself being lazy and wanting to make a quick meal on our slightly (very slightly) oil splattered stove. I stopped myself and said "I am a queen, and queens dont cook on dirty stoves." And that alone was enough to get me to do it right. So i can imagine how "I am" versus "I want to be" can shift so much for the goals on my vision board. Great video girl!
