The title had me laughing, "Lazy Girl Era", what a nice way to describe my 20's 😂

Omg everyone needs a lazy girl era 💗🎀 I’ve always been a go go go girl but I’m feeling a little bit burnt out right now but struggling to rest or feeling worthy of rest, so I looove this term embracing it and being more gentle with myself as I go through it, because I will grow through it ✨✨

This is such a helpful video Angel 🙌🙌 not normally one for the comments sections but felt compelled after the first few mins of this’s video that explanation of the hormone spiral 🌀 was a game changer and totally sets you up to be able to reverse engineer a routine that positively supports ourselves too 👍🏻 thanks so much and stay golden xx

Can you provide some ideas on how to incorporate the play principles into some tasks that we avoid to do like reading, studying code, doing exercise, etc.? Thanks for the video!

what if I do want to swing in the swings and play in a sandbox? But actually I want active "play" and hands on activities. My desired hobbies are all either Active Movement (lifting, roller skating, bouldering, etc) and hands on (drawing, painting, crafting, building) also enjoying a pinch of story telling I would love to write a book or write/draw a comic
@angelzheng9 ай бұрын
Those are GREAT hobbies! Anything to get you moving or get you being creative is perfect

In my country public speaking isn’t given much attention at high school. So, naturally I was struggling a lot in the first semester at uni with presentation. I used the trick from here as I loveeee to talk and story telling is my personality if we put it like this. It worked like charm and I realised my love for presentation. I am so glad I liked this video and didn’t lose it. Back to it to take tips on how I can do well with my exams. Thank you so much for making such a helpful and great video. 🫶
