As for me the easiest way to focus is to completely cut ways to distraction. Hard not to open instagram when you have it on main screen, so delete it or move further away for example. When I wasn’t home and couldn’t game I practically didn’t even wanna game. The same goes for everything

Delete Instagram app. Only way I can access mine is through safari. And the safari way makes everything quite inconvenient. I maybe look at instagram 2-3 times a week for 10 total minutes. This way I’m also using intention to look up things rather than mindlessness and boredom

Locking in is only necessary if you’re being guilt trapped by the slave-making global economic system. Another perspective: We avoid things we find boring for two reasons: it takes mental effort, which the body does not like to do when it becomes the mind (when your free will has been hijacked by allowing the body to be in a program).
