I was obese like 120 kg at the time I was 20 years old. I decided that that's it. My friend was going to the gym at the time and asked if i could join him. At first, i didn't know what i was doing. I lost a good amount of weight and now I am 72 kg. I dont have any loose skin thank God and back then I thought that this was impossible. I had a LOT of body hair back then but now I started grooming my body well and learn everyday. But my hair is starting to fall out but now i am 30 yo and I want to save them but I cant afford a hair transplant its super expensive in Greece. But anyway, if you try your best you Can and WILL succed
