A few years ago I started tracking every single day - what I did, how I felt, what exercises i did, how much water I drank...everthing all in an excel. It has helped on so many levels to not only reflect on my times but also the gamification has been huge. I gave everything I value a point system and I calculate how many points I get a day, week, month and then every month I try and BEAT those points. Habits only work if you stick with them and this one was one way to make me want to stick with it.

Hi Kieran Sounds like you have it nailed. Do you think an app could make the faster and easier? I’m working on something like this.

I do think an app would be great, a simple and easy dashboard view, with simple line graph view.

I haven’t been able to work in 8 months because of a random seizure I had. All this sitting around has made time feel so slow and fast at the same time. It’s kinda scary to sit here and realize how slowly time goes but how fast it’s gone!

This is great content and information. Can we get a day in the life video showing how you operate on one of your busy days. It would also be good to see a visual “this is the sheet I am using to track personal calendar and KPI’s.” I’m not taking become a Vlogger, but a single video would be well received.

This is great advice man thanks so much for sharing. So many people talk about planning but never speak about the true benefits of fulfillment. So many people look up to you as a business owner and master of your crafts. It's great to be able to learn how you have been able to accomplish the amazing things you have man I hope to see more of these types of videos. Keep up the grind Rob

If i tracked EVERY aspect of my time my husband and kids would be in big trouble..lol. I'm not a feminist but women spend ALOT of TIME literally catering to the family. I think hearing from his wife would be beneficial. I think hearing how they work together would be beneficial. I would love to see her and you together talking about this and how they allow each other "time". Having a family unit and designating time for each spouse can be difficult.

I clicked on this because topics about time always interest me. Time since Covid started has been strange to me.
@HydrogenFuelTechnologies2 жыл бұрын
Most won't believe it, most won't understand it but the reason time seems strange since covid is because January 1st 2020 we officially shifted into the quantum age. Covid was orchestrated by the elite to control crash the world economic, banking and industrial sector to make room for the quantum phase shift.
