I think you accidentally edited out the main question. X) I'm afraid the model itself is personal to me, but you can find the public version of my avatar by searching VRChat's Community Labs worlds for "Techameleon Factory".

After running the self-destruct animation Explosion particles play repeatedly.

You can prevent this by unticking the "Looping" checkbox at the top of the first particle system.

Can you tell me how to hide the annoying avatar?

If you bring up your menu and click someone in-game, you should get a screen that allows you to change how you see the person's avatar, either hiding it completely or showing their Fallback avatar, which typically has a far lower performance cost and fewer, if any, particle effects and other features.

How can I get a self destruct avatar without making one?

If you have an avatar of your own for which you have the Unity files, I take tool commissions to add self-destruct and loads more. X) If you don't have your own avatar to work with, you'll just need to find one with the capability in VRChat. My public avatar as self-destruct if you don't mind a small advertisement ring floating above the head; search "Techameleon Factory" in the Worlds tab (make sure Community Labs worlds are visible), and the avatar pedestal will be in the back-right corner. I've seen some other avatars with self-destruct, but I don't know where those ones can be found.

At a much-reduced level, it can. I don't recall the specific limits, but particle systems can't have as much in them on Quest as on PC. But, disabling the Skinned Mesh Renderer is still possible, and small particle systems can be done, as well.
