Colin, I'm using Premiere Pro 2020 CC (ver 14.31) I can get to titles in only one way: File => New => Legacy Title. Also, I don't have a Titles menu in my menu bar. Every video I see on KZbin about titles describes the interface like you do. I'm confused.

I followed the instruction and was able to get all the templates for my Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017; all work fine. However, I did give you a thumbs up for your work and efforts in helping people. There are several version of CC 2017 and in the newest version (2017.1.2) the Templates button is no longer available in the Legacy Title Designer.

Unfortunately this tutorial is mostly obsolete.Adobe completely changed this feature sometime since May 2015. There is no more "New Title" menu, (today in June 2018) when I'm try to learn this feature. You have to go to Graphics > New Layer > Text.

Adobe has changed Premiere Pro since this tutorial. For these titles, go to the File menu and choose New> Legacy Title.

+whatscreenname After looking at the example, you could do this by creating the background tile without the changing elements, in this case the numbers and the position of the ball. Then create 3 tracks: one for the ball, one for the top numbers and one for the bottom numbers. The ball is easy, just change the Y position and make it a Hold keyframe so it jumps to the new position. The numbers can be done by creating new titles for each change but that would be a lot of titles. It might be better to create 10 of each number; regular and bold. Then drop them into the correct track at the desired point. Another way to do it is use an After Effects comp where you can change the Source text at specific points using keyframes. The trade off is you can't change the text in Premiere Pro, you'd have to line up where the numbers change in After Effects. And at that point, it would be better just to do the whole thing in After Effects. If you provide me with this video and title elements, I could do a tutorial on it! I think I am getting this but I'm not sure. I'm a newbie so obvious lingo among more experienced might not be so obvious to me. By creating 3 tracks you mean just use the V2 and V3, etc...tracks by making transparent video where I can put the numbers (game score) on top of? What do you mean by "It might be better to create 10 of each number". Create 10 what? Just the numbers 1 through 10? How do I place them on there without having to adjust their position on the screen for every single score change?
