Good overview, but a couple of tips in the future or anyone watching. 1. Use a scrap wood block just slightly shorter than the baseboard to cut the drywall and move it down as you cut. 2. Drill the holes for the wire above the baseboard. You can do this with a longer attachment. It’s critical to avoid hitting the wire when attaching the baseboard. 3. Mark the stud locations before attaching the baseboard with painters tape so you can ensure you nail the baseboard into studs. 👍

Nice video! One thing to note, never put two wires under 1 screw on the light switch or outlet. Use a pigtail instead because it is not code to have 2 wires on 1 screw, potential fire hazard.

1 suggestion on can we not drill instead Grove the sheet rock for wires to through ? Basically thin the bottom sheet rock where stud so wire can get through ?

So this new outlet will work with that switch? So if its a fan, outlet will only work if the fan is turned on?

The outlet always works, even when the switch is off. The wire is connected to a hot wire.
