Thank you! Using the path offset work for me for the Trim & Bleeds, I've only ever done crops & bleeds for pages during export and was wondering about this, cheers

Do a video on how to create a bleed with images that don't allow for bleeds. Like an abstract image with multiple colors, and not just a solid perimeter color. I'd like to investigate and see if there's an easier way than designing a custom bleed to surround the image. Pretty much, the case scenario is when your customer provides an image that they can't add a bleed around, or if they provide artwork they can no longer alter or provide source content files for. In these awful cases, we typically have a long workaround for a solution: create a custom colored bleed with color patches that mimic the internal image we're creating a bleed for. I'd like to know of a shortcut for this process!

Does it have to be in Illustrator? If you're doing tshirts with color separations, etc, the answer is probably yes. I don't have an easy way for you in Illustrator. But Photoshop has an easy way - generative fill! So if you can export the art from Illustrator with high resolution and bring it into Photoshop, that is the best option! Here's part of a video that shows how to do it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qne9l3eur8ukbpI
