In May 2022, Florida’s 25% Roof Replacement Rule was eliminated and replaced with Senate Bill 4-D. The law originally stated that if more than 25% of the roof was damaged, the entire roof would need to be replaced to meet code requirements. SB 4-D states that as long as the rest of the roof complies with Florida’s 2007 building code, it only needs to be repaired.

Dmitry, I have been watching you for a couple years now. I appreciate your hustle to mentor roofers and to be successful in whatever you do. I live in NC and have followed tons of your advise. You and Eric Reno are my go to's. Obviously, he's on a different hustle with Real-Estate. I understand it's a long shot. What would I have to do to be able to establish a line of communication with you two. I'm an out of the box thinker and honestly believe that I can succeed at whatever I decide to. Ive done well on my own since I was 16. However, I can only imagine what I would be able to accomplish with you guys as mentors. I'm sure I could be a benefit to you guys in some way as well.

First, you need to know how to read an insurance estimate and how to conduct adjusters meetings. Learning to supplement will help you out, too. There’s so much to type about this. I recommend joining the business school and private group to get some help. Thanks, Brent Simmons

on my area I can say 98.7% they call me get estimates from me and I never have to deal with The adjuster, only 1 time I deal with it. But I want to lear how to deal with the adjuster.
