How to add Live Subscriber Count on OBS 27 for YouTube

@@minitehnicuss WEIRD! Can you interact with any Browser Sources on a vertical set up? Or is it just this one? If you cannot interact with any of them, you may need to connect with the Dev of the Vertical Setup Plugin to see about having that added in an update or a work around.

you just need to select the sub count browser overlay and at the top of the "Sources" you will see a button called "interact", there you can interact the sign in page and sign up your account.

Now this has been pretty helpful and I’m glad she updated this or she’s had this and this is three months ago because I was looking for a sub counter or how to do it and I couldn’t find it. I was able to find a death counter for video games I created that for myself but now I’m glad I have a sub counter.

if you right click thw subcount browswer source under your sources, don't of the options says "interact" this will allow you to use the browsers source as normal and just login from there. Hope this helps :D

Are you in Studio Mode? Is the little visibility indicator on (the little eye next to the scene)? Did you put the scene in the source that is showing on your live stream? I'd check several things. That is great it's on your preview. You are headed in the right direction with that at least. Troubleshoot a bit to get it on your live stream.

Hey there, I just wanted to let you know of a workaround I found for the CSS code not working. It's not a perfect fix, but I managed to get a transparent background with a colored border for the numbers. I used a color correction and chroma key filter on the browser. In color correction, I set "color multiply" to #ffffff and "color add" to the color I want to chroma key out. I'll use #ff00dd (Magenta) as an example. In chroma key, I set the "key color type" to Magenta (this just has to be the same color as "color add"). This gets you the transparent background. I found you can lower "similarity" in chroma key to add a colored border to the numbers. There might be more you can do by playing around with the filters, but this is what I've found. Hope this helps some people out.

you don't need to apply chroma key, you can just set the background transparent or a hexa code with transparency for example #ffffff00 and for a better text quality you may want to change the font size instead of resizing the source

Because OBS needs to be able to see/have acces to the Studio web page. Right click on the Browser source/scene and select INTERACT to be able to sign in.
