One question - maybe you can answer it: How can I use the original sound of a video and show other images. For example in an interview situation: The interviewee tells something off-screen, I show moving pictures of what he is talking about. Can you help please! Thanks a lot.

Once you record the audio, how is it saved in the music library as original audio. I got all the steps you mentioned until the part where you pick the original audio to add to the reel. Can you pick cover art for the original audio?

You can editing music in Instagram yet. You’re going to have to use a video editing app like CapCut

You can’t do that in reels. If you want the music to fade try using CapCut

No that’s not possible yet. The only way you can do that is if you edit in an editing program

Not in Instagram. You need another app for that. You can use imovie or CapCut

First of all wonderful video. I have problem with Instagram whenever I load music in the past year they have created an original audio file that did not used to be there. The original audio file at the bottom has the real HD quality audio but Instagram post an MP3, or a strip down filtered version on purpose to lower the quality of the music on the actual post. You can only hear one minute when you tap the original audio button at the bottom and then it ask you if you’d like to use the 60 seconds of original music that sounds HD it is not attached to your video which it came from. To make another reel. Have you heard this from other artist or voice over agents? I noticed the sound and audio quality previously before the original audios appeared is crystal clear, and when I go to other peoples pages, there is no audio problem on 90% of every upload I hear, including music is this oppression or suppression I have been blacklisted from music by Google does that mean I am on a list for the corporate entities? I would love to hear any advice.

Hi, how do you save some else’s original soundtrack as your own? A realtor posted a listing using an original soundtrack for their reel only I know they copied the song from another source. I want to use the sound track but I don’t want to show the realtor’s info in the soundtrack info. How can I save their original soundtrack as my own original soundtrack?

You should be able to. Check your controls to see if the volume is turned up on the music.

yes if you create a reel and use your audio it will show up as original audio you can even change the name of the original audio before you publish it so that it's easy to find

I meant to ask as well- if I record a voiceover AND place a song from IG in the background (as you showed here, just lowered the volume) do you know if this will still count as an original audio? If you record your voiceover and use trending audio then it will show up under that trending audio instead. If you want to use it as original audio then don't use any music.

Edit your clips where you don’t want audio by muting them before you put them into reels then just have your audio up.

@@taylordarden4126 that's imposible to do in Reels, you need a different editing program for that. You can use capcut to try that. Or if you have the song you can do it in imovie. Its called rubber banding. Maybe reels will get it but I doubt it.

@@jbrian387 Then add the music, or go to a reel with it and press use audio. Record your reel. Once you're done with the video and the menu is on top. Press the music note and add your voice over.
