How to setup an email signature in Outlook
Have you ever struggled with adding that perfect professional touch to your emails through a signature? Well, fret not because in this video, you'll be the master of crafting a stunning Outlook signature that reflects your style and professionalism.
Follow the steps as shown in this video, and soon you'll be adding or changing your signature like a pro.
1. Open your web browser.
2. Type outlook.com in the web address bar, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Click on the Sign in button.
4. Type your Outlook email, and click on the Next button.
5. Enter your Outlook password, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
6. Once you signed in to outlook.com, then at the top right, click on the gear icon of settings.
7. Make sure that the Mail option is selected in the first menu panel, and then click on the Compose and Reply menu from the second panel.
8. See, I already have added a signature. If you also have the signature then you can change your signature here.
9. To add a new signature on Outlook, click on the New signature with a plus icon
10. In the first box, give a name to your signature.
11. Now start entering the details of your signature in the big box.
12. You can also give a style to your signature by formatting it.
13. Like here, I am going to bold the text of the name.
14. Create a link for your email in the signature.
15. You can also change the color of the text, and click on the Save button.
16. Scroll down the page a select the radio button of Reply or Reply All.
17. Close the Outlook Settings page.
18. Let’s create a new mail, click on the New Mail at the top left.
19. Add the sender email in the first box, and write your subject line in the second box.
20. In the message body window, we will insert our newly created signature.
21. Click on the Insert menu at the top.
22. Click on the Signature drop-down, and click on a saved signature name.
23. This will insert the signature in the message body.
