how do you convert the audio into a file that can be used for the sound?

you can search the audio/sound effect you want to use in youtube, then copy it's link. After that go to mp3juices (it's a site, you can search it on google) then you paste the link and then you can download it in audio/mp3 format. Hope tis helps :))
