How to add Tulle on a diaper cake

For the second layer do you glue right on top of the first layer of tulle or do you glue just above it on the cake board itself? Thank you so much! It’s beautiful!

Hello Melissa, I apologize for the delayed response but I use a little less that half of a roll on the 6" tulle at the Hobby Lobby. Each roll has 40 yards of tulle. I hope this is helpful. Thank you and thanks for watching.

Hello Monica, you need about 60 diapers. 20 for the bottom tier, 17 for the middle and 6 for the top tier. That’s for your common sized diaper cake.
