This was mandatory viewing for an onboarding I'm going through. If I may offer some constructive feedback: You use the word "So" almost 40 times, the vast majority of those times it was used to start a sentence..."So what's the key..." "So we can make..." Just start the statement, no need for SO, it's like getting a 9-minute presentation from a teenager. And yes, I DID go back and count. I had 37 but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. "So" is the new "like"

Not the best advice in the world. It seems like the main theme here is about self promotion and making or saving money. Not much on building relationships, learning, and developing real currency like humility and empathy.
