This definitely works! When adding the channel link to a Facebook page. But, it doesn't seem work for personal profiles - just a heads up for anyone trying to do this for their personal profile. Thanks for the video!

Yes, that seems to be what’s happening for a lot of people, this did work for personal profiles at time of shooting but something must have changed on Facebooks end, I’m not sure what, but if you are eligible for a custom KZbin url you can still directly link that to your personal profile

Using channel/userid on a personal profiles now get's converted to channel%2Fuserid. A little frustrating, not the end of the world though :) Thank you for the video. Still works perfect for Pages. If you discover a way around this I'd love to hear it. Until then I'll have to wait for custom URL eligibility.

I just figured it out. I do NOT have 100 subscribers or a custom name on KZbin. So I added my channel under the Websites on Facebook. Works just fine.

The page address link itself is rather unsightly and looks sloppy on profiles. I saw on someone's page before that just said the name of their channel as the link. Trying to figure out how to do that.

It’s not the prettiest link for sure, but it works which is better than a 404 error. You need a custom url for the name, requirements for custom url are 100 subs, channel older than 30 days, a custom profile image and banner art. Hope that helps 👍🏻

HI Nick, I’m not sure what’s going on with the regular link it seems that it is working for some and not for others. The regular link is not working for me either right now. However we recently set up our custom url and we link using that so it just says the name of our channel rather than random letters and numbers. Do you know which part of the custom link you are supposed to use?

I was trying on both, but I’ve just settled for setting up the website link rather that the social link to spare my sanity lol the only difference I can tell is that I’m lacking the grey KZbin icon next to the link. But all in all it works 🤷🏾‍♂️
