How to adjust a EMA Appliance

Do you put the strap on with the 21 facing the appliance? Also, do you need to replace both straps at the same time?

I have one. It’s a bit uncomfortable at first but you get used to it quickly.

@@dougevans6389 Hard to say for certain. I have had it less than a week and my wife sleeps through anything so she cannot tell me if I have been snoring still or not. I will say the first couple nights I wore it I woke up feeling great but then the straps broke so I tried a different size and woke up feeling groggy again.

Todd Mander I keep waking up gasping for air I totally quit breathing when I go to sleep and I can’t use a C-PAP I have tried...so I’m hoping this will work for me I’m getting me one made this week

@@dougevans6389 Good luck - I hope it works out for you. I tried using a mouthpiece I bought off Amazon and I kept taking it out in the middle of the night or waking up with it stuck to my forehead. This device stays in place and does not effect my sleeping at all.
