Just wanted to say, THANK YOU! I received this machine from my mom who upgraded to a Vertuo; however, she had lost the manual. Somehow, I inadvertently changed the coffee amount for my Lungo and could not figure out what I did or how to fix it. Your video is brilliant and exactly what I needed this morning!

My machine got stuck on the Ristretto size without even knowing. I've been getting a tiny amount of coffee for literally months maybe years thinking it was the Espresso size... kinda ridiculous. Thanks for the tip I was really looking for at the end... how to reset and remove the 25ml Ristretto.

I was wondering if you use the default setting for your Lungo pours? You seem to quite enjoy the World Explorations range but I find them very watery. Do you shorten them to 60ml?

I've only tried them as a standard lungo size you know but keep meaning to try them in shorter sizes. Will see if I can do a video on that in future ☕️ Be great to hear your results too if you try them in other sizes!

Thank you for this straightforward video. No matter what I try, my Nepresso M190 (looks exactly the same as the one in the video) will only dispense about 25ml of water from either button. I tried your method and also performed a factory reset which should dispense 40ml/110ml but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

My machine never goes in «sleep». So i am not able to factory reset or change any settings… Even holding both buttons does nothing, i have tried everything from 2-5 sek. Any longer than that does put it in descaling mode… anyone have a clue Whats happening? I really does not like the machine always beeing on and «hot» inside. I have to use the circuit switch after every use
