Had my machine for a year and had no idea it could be programmed. Started to get short cups of espresso. Factory reset worked like a charm. Thank you!

I tired all this but still malfunctioning. It will brew a shot short, but will brew a full shot if I try a second time. This has been every time I use my machine. any thoughts?

Oh gotcha sorry misunderstood. I have done this reset as well as on the phone with Nespresso customer service. Still doesn’t work 😟. They did FINALLY offer me a discount in a new machine but I’m still hoping for a miracle

The lungo button has suddenly started dispensing the same volume as the smaller expresso button. I've tried all your suggestions - including a factory reset and then pressing and holding the lungo button, but it stops drawing water from the tank at the same point as the small button despite keeping my finger on the lungo button. Any suggestions?

NO , Factory reset did not work. All the coffee goes into the bottom tray and NOT the coffee cup. Maybe I need to unplug and disemble the unit. (

@@wofler I watched a great video on how to disasemble this model. To repair the issue, I knew that once I take it apart , I surely would have to put it back together? So I watched the vdeo 1x, then the second time I watched a video, I took photos with my phone so I can put the machine back together

Is your machine the same as the video above? My machine was different , I still have access to my model video. But if your model is the same as the video above, Watch the video and take photos with your phone, It is easy to disasemble if you play and pause the video. The most tricky part is after you take apart the Machine handle, the rest is a peace of cake. But re assembleing takes patience. Remember to take screen shots of the video and have a few tools on hand. Now I clean my machine with Cleaning pods more often. And there still be new clean coffee travellig to the reservoir , so pull it out and pour that fresh coffee drips into your coffee. It is still fresh and you get the most out of your coffee pods.
