I took my bike into the dealer and they installed new tires and when I got home my chain came off the largest gear ( lowest gear) My bike is worse now than before.

Hi, and thanks for sharing your experience. That sounds frustrating. You should visit them again them. It might be something that they have missed. If you don't trust them then ask your friends if they know of any bike shop that they trust. I hope you find the solution and will enjoy riding your bike again.
