No audio but I think I figured it out. My Juki was cutting the thread too short and pulling out of the needle. Not shown or described there is a collar on the shaft to the right of the cam. After loosening the screws, I had no idea where or how to put it back with the handwheel on the timing mark. Turns out, you push it right against the collar and turn it counterclockwise looking at the screw side until you feel it hit a stop. I never would have figured that out, but I have two machines and that was how the working one was.

I have the same problem sometimes and sometimes the cutter works perfectly and the thread does not come out of the needle,but the hook does not pickup the bobbin thread as it is cut too short,is there any solution for this?
