Juki DDL/DU series hook timing

This video shows the timing of a Juki DDL-8100eH/X. We show you details on how to time the hook assembly and briefly touch on the needle bar timing. This video can be used for any Juki DDL series single needle lockstitch sewing machine or DU-1181N top and bottom feed.

Awesome correlation. Thank you, I did end up finding one from a Jack machine, with the same hook assembly, he said in the video, the timing on the hook is set on the ascending not the descending and about 1/16th of an inch after it hits the lowest position. This is a great close up. Thank you again for the time making the video on the hook assembly and proper needle position for the timing. Also if going from a small eye needle 12 to 20, the hook timing needs to be reset, to accommodate for the needle size, I keep forgetting, and that is what throws my timing out.
