Neither of my crisper drawers fully close. They keep getting hung up on the lip. Can't adjust it either. So pissed. Dealing with company I purchased it from now and it's been a headache.

If you bought it new I’d personally not touch it because you might void the warranty and it’s on them to get you a working fridge. But in the mean time, is the freezer working? Do you hear the compressor? Is it cool?

going up is colder ? or less bars is colder my old fridge u went down for colder temp

Mine displays the temperature so it was just adjusting that up or down. Going down should be colder but yours might be different

Hello. I've tried this several times. While I can see it's changed, it actually not changing it. What I mean is that when I set the desired temp and press confrim, everything looks good. But when I check the temp it shows the same previous setting. I left it thinking it should at least change the next day(maybe it needs some time to go up or down) But it's still the same. Anyone knows why? Thanks.

I wonder if power cycling the refrigerator might help. I don't have the owner's manual for this fridge but you may find something in there. Could just need a simple power cycle or there could be an issue with the board.

How to replace the lights in the middle draw?

Great question! Here is the short version: 1) Unplug the fridge, 2) pull out the middle drawer, 3) use a putty knife or flat-head screw driver to CAREFULLY pry around the trim of the light 4) remove the light from the connector and replace 5) put it all back together

Two things to check. 1) What is the fridge temperature? Check the settings on inside the fridge on the dial if yours doesn't have a screen 2) Check the weather stripping seal around the fridge door. Close a dollar bill on the center of the gasket to check for leaks. If the bill slips in and out easily, you may need a new gasket as this poor seal can affect the fridge running

@@Samira1760 gotcha. Could be a leak in the door gasket causing it to over cool and therefore freeze the food

On the interface board: 1) click "Options" 2) select "Icemaker" and then the error message should disappear 3) click "back" and you're done! Cheers

I believe the middle drawer temperature is based off the rest of the refrigerator. The manual makes no distinction except between fridge or freezer (chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/201809/use-and-care-w10422734-revB.pdf see page 10)
