Yes you can whack. That is what I did... I park 100+k CPF OA in stocks, let them wipe out OA to 20k.. then after collect key I liquidate back change to bank loan... 1+% interest rate that time, but CPF earning 2.5%. Eric focus on property ah.. stocks u go see Sean ... Eric helped him buy property also haha
