How to - AGV K1 K1s K3 and K5 - Visor/windshield removal, adjustment and re fit.

This is a very quick and simple way to change your AGV helmet visor. We used an AGV K1s in this video but the visor mechanism is also used on the AGV K1, K3s, K3 and K5s.

On the AGV website it says One size fits all for the K1s but I cannot for the life of me get the OEM visor on despite having no issues putting on the original visor.

Hi Dalan. It is quite confusing when the AGV website has os (one size) on the visor listing. If you have another look, you’ll see that there are actually two listings for the same type of visor. One says (xs-s-m) and the other says (l-xl-xxl) . We always help our customers to make sure they get the right visor for their model and size of helmet. Hi Naemanmalik and Sweezies. The old GT2 visors went from a XS to ML and L to XXL. The new GT4 Visors go from XS - M and L to XXL. The new GT4 visor is a big improvement over the older GT2 Visor. Thank you for watching our video and thanks for leaving mew a comment. 👍

Hi Nurizza. As long as it is the correct size of visor for the shell, then yes it will fit. The reason for the size is because there are two different size visors for the K1's depending on which shell size you have. I hope this helps? Thanks for watching 👍

Hi Nurizza. We have both the K1 and K1s helmets in store, we have tested whether the visors are interchangeable and there is no problem with them being switched over.

Hi Koreanoppa. The spoilers on K1 helmets are screwed on from inside the shell. To remove one you would have to take out the EPS liner, which would void the helmet.
