Hey just a quick question, in your experience what's the percentage of foreigners at the moment that have Airbnb's or own hotels in El Salvador?

Probably on the low end 10% maybe as high as 25%

At this moment I'm not aware of any license required to host Airbnb. If you require assistance to set up an Airbnb we have a property management Division and we have our super host

Well in the last couple of years I have built several WhatsApp groups and then gifted them to the community. The truth is they take a lot of work and a lot of time and a lot of money to build and I really didn't get much appreciation so now I just focus on solving big problems for people that HIghly Value Their Time
