My microphone is the Shure SM58, it is perfect for vocals and ect. For electric guitar I use a epiphone which I plug into a Focursite Scarlett which goes into my computer

I don’t record throughout the song, I record like 4 to 8 bars of the chords that repeat then copy and pasting, it sounds as if I am recording it throughout but it’s just less work
