At 2:35 you say to adjust the mirror 1 for the Mirror 2. So am I adjusting the beam to the second burn mark or the first Burn mark? This is not enough information. I agree with bcurtis1612 There isn't enough info to make the distinction. You guys tell what to do but you don't explain "HOW TO" do it.

Thanks for doing an updated video on this. The one thing I can't find is which direction the various screws adjust on which axis. EX - if the dot is left and high, what screws in what direction?

It's always tricky adjusting the screws. Since there's 3, each screw will move in the X and Y position, diagonally. So if you're left and high you'll want to adjust the bottom right screw and the top right screw until you're in the middle of the mirror.

@@FullSpectrumLasers Thanks so much for this reply. OK. So if understand this there are three screws (One TOP and Two BOTTOM). The One TOP should move it straight up and down on the X axis and the two BOTTON are the diagonals to adjust it from side to side. Correct?

@@stevef Theoretically yes. However, when you adjust the top screw it's always going to drift one way or another slightly because the bottom screws aren't applying the same amount of pressure on either side of the mirror. That sounded a bit wordy. I hope that made sense. - Jordan

I am trying to align my muse 3D as per the video. Followed the steps to get the burn mark aligned on mirror 2 - when firing from upper left and lower left they are now aligned. However now I get no burn mark on mirror three when I fire from Lower left corner???? It is not clear from the video what I should do from this point. It says follow same as aligning mirror 1 to 2. If I follow same directions does this mean I adjust mirror 1 or does it mean I adjust mirror 2? And, how do I know which way to adjust if not even getting a burn mark for mirror 3 when in lower right corner? Tried to open the alignment guide referenced in description of video but it says I don’t have access.

If you're not getting a burn mark on mirror three in the lower right corner it could be because it is bouncing too far outside so it isn't visible, move it to the lower middle and see if you get a mark there. If you continue to have issues, I would recommend to reach out to our support team and they can help you further with the alignment problems (there is a link on our website to create a new ticket if you need one). To align Mirror 1 to Mirror 2, the Manual says to adjust the red diode to align the red dot to the first burn mark and then to align the red dot to the center of Mirror 2 by adjusting Mirror 1. This makes no sense...it's not telling me to do the same as what you're saying in the video. I have had my Muse for 4 months now, continually on support to align my Muse 3D, and it still won't align, as there appears to be a double red light beam. No amount of aligning my Muse changes the fact that I cannot align it to a circle with no double beams.

This method described in this video is to be specifically used without the aid of the red diode. There may be some instances where the red diode will only get in the way and cause further issues, which is what this video is intended to help with.
